The Reset: Simple steps to feel like yourself again

Have you ever noticed how quickly life can pull you off track? One busy week turns into another, and suddenly routines you used to rely on like drinking water, moving your body, or going to bed on time start to slip away. It happens to all of us.

That’s why I created the Reset. It’s a simple, one-week practice that helps you re-anchor your habits and feel more like yourself again. Think of it as a gentle guide to get back into rhythm without the overwhelm of starting from scratch

This isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about progress. Each of us begins from a different place. Some of you may already practice many of these habits daily, so the tracker will feel familiar. Others may be starting fresh, and that is perfectly okay. Most of us fall somewhere in between, and the Reset is designed for all of us.

 

 Why the Reset works

When we feel stuck, it’s easy to believe we need to completely overhaul our lives. However, that approach usually leads to burnout, frustration, and poor results. Real change comes from simple, consistent actions. Small steps add up, and they build momentum.

 How to begin

• Each day, choose the habits that feel doable for you and check them off.

• As the week goes on, either add more habits or stay consistent with what you’re already doing. Both count as progress.

• Notice how your energy, focus, digestion, and mood begin to shift with consistency.
